    one word, SUPERB!! tu je yg mampu keluar dari mulut bila orang sebut pasal “Exabytes”!!!

    I’ve used Exabytes for my web hosting needs for over two years now and have had a great experience. Technical support is prompt and when I submit a trouble ticket I usually have a reply by the time I get a cup of coffee. Uptime is good and the service is reliable. The connection is quick from all over the world. I’ve tried ccessing the servers while traveling in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and USA and didn’t notice any difference in response time. I have several web sites hosted at Exabytes and would recommend it

    I have gone from web host to web host, only to leave, yet thanks for Exabytes®, I have found exabytes.com, and am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them! I think everyone should check it out, not to mention, extremely great customer service!

    have been using them for a few years, but am getting tired of frequent “cannot connect to server” message. Will try somebody else. Don’t think their customer service is that prompt or good either.

    Bad! Stay Away!

    Exabytes only best when i first sign up with them, but after they move my site to new server my web constantly down every seconds. Even there is time the server down for almost half an hour!. Customer support is ok, but i don’t care, because i only contact the support when detect my site down time. But how much time i need to keep contact the support department if my site is always down?

    bad support, bad response, bad customer service. Chuck them and move else where. Life to short to deal with these jokers. They will automatically dink you with many robotic, unhelpful replies and consider case attended to. Its your job to educate their support personnel. Bad, stay away

    Finally i found forum like this…. alot of ppl giving good comment exabytes service. but in fact, they are like shit… just like a showhouse, good to view, but once u stay inside, u will know… it has no quality.

    Their response is damn good. They are able reply you in 1-2 hr, even the request is posted in the mid night. But, this kind of service only happens to certain request – those requests that are easy to answer. For eg: creation email, set email administrator, reset password… etc. For those “harder” qn, they will still reply, but with a chunk of bullshit, trying to smoke u… asking you this qn, that qn… end up, it is not their prob… the ISP prob.

    For me, I m a really reseller. Most of times, the email servers are busy, especially during office hr. 10 clicks on the send/recieve, at least 5 failure. I told them and they said they need the stupid “pingplotter” result. I m not saying the “pingplotter” is useless, but it is not applicable for that particular case. I have done some testing on my side. I setup 2 email ids with diff domains; A hosted with exabytes, B at another company. So, under the same enviroment, same OS, same email client, same internet connection speed, same everyting, except the server, the one with exabytes failed almost all the times. And the one outside exabytes working just fine, 100% availability. i told abt this, u know what they said. I forgot, but i remember they are asking me to bear on it bcos it is a shared enviroment… haha… when we take a public transport, we have to bear the risk of not getting to the destination, and it happens almost all the times. Then why we need the public transport (= Exabytes Shared Server). A shared server that we are not able to send email most of the times. Why we need that….

    And Today, the server down bcos they are doing some upgrade (as what they said). Wow, same thing, they put it into the News section and update regularly. Fanstactic, they are trying to smoke again, fucker!!! From 10am till now, keep saying the same thing… is that an update?

    Finally, if the hosting price is very important to u, u can select exabyte… their pricing quite reasonable. but, if u r looking for a high availability hosting service, especially reseller, online shopping, etc, pls stay away from exabytes. u will lose ur clients…

    I have been using the service for about almost a year and so far I’m satisfy with the service that have been provided by the Exabytes support team.

    my site high traffic too, use >20% cpu all time, frequent downtime problem solved after moved to my own server. don’t blame web host, blame yourself. lol? :)
