Hi..My first hosting is Fivio.I sign up with Fivio because i found their shared hosting is cheap, very cheap!Last time they having promotion consist of 2gb space, 20gb bandwith for only rm50/ year (lifetime).Plus free domain too!
However, one thing i dont satisfied is the lack of customer support.I submit a ticket, it will take at least 4 hours for them to respond.
The uptime is ok.

4 hours still ok what.. hurm… anyway, scukz.com disponsor oleh mereka.. uptime sgt ok.. harga plak aku kurang pasti sbb diorang sponsor aku kan? yg pastinya mmg murah dan sangat berpatutan lagi2 untuk studend..

1st time heard of Fivio when my friend introduced to me last August, and u know what?? Wowwwww!!!! come out from my mouth………
Great “MERDEKA” Promotion with 2GB space, 20GB bandwidth only Rm50/year, so without any sense I’ve decided to hold my second domain apasaje.net to it………
well it’s been so long time I didnt use it, about couple of month…. then on december last year succesfully setup WP2.7 to host my personal “crappy” blog….
so far for blogging use, I highly recommend it…….really cheap to invest on your hobby… Just wait on their “Wow!! moment again!!! maybe something special they offer to you…hehaaa

i sign up an account with Fivio because it was cheap.
But. not satisfied with support. Ticket is being replied very slow. Well, at least if they are working on the issue, they should inform customer on the status first. Without informing, as a customer i can just assume, no technical guys are online or they did not receive my ticket.

So far, i hosted 3 domains with fivio with two separate hosting. So far so good. I did have some problem with their customer service.
Its slow even if u are purchasing a new domain. They take a day or two just to reply/process your order. The good thing is, they do their job unlike Screamyx…

i bought domain from them. at first wanted to get hosting but bec of change of plans we just decided to use the domain first. The support guys were fantastic – wasnt grumpy or grumbled when we changed our mind from hosting package (costs rm135) to just domain (rm35) …. just graciously helped all the way. Domain is value for money – with domain and email forwarding (so i can use gmail to manage all incoming mails)…. Highly recommended!
