    yeahhost suck big time too! poor server management.
    my site been down for 5 hours and no call or email to notification me.
    at last they shut down my site just give me a reason than my site too high traffic.
    this is crazy! but they mention 99% downtime free, so what is this???
    pls don’t host at yeahhost.

    mon,

    please behave urself here. don’t just point ur finger without any justification..u should check ur script for website, as u using 3rd party open source script that really cause our server to overload..i can told u when we shut down ur site our server is smooth like a silk.. please bear ur word before u make any misjudgment..i can say that not every ppl is perfect in this world and that same to all hosting provider. we provide the service, when is good how many ppl praise us, but when there are some minor error we will get shoot like hell..Exabytes is good all the time, sometime some minor technical issue will cause customer BIG reaction. This is not FAIR to all of us either Yeahhost nor Exabytes..

    I use yeahhost web hosting for almost 2 years now, never have any big problem, everything work well. I mainly use email, never use website. My only problem with them is they not allow me to send spam. PLEASE!!!

    seem like not i along using yeahhost webhosting. i sign up their basic package YH1 with just RM 199 per year and i got my FREE .com domain name as well.I have been there 3 years since i transfer out from my previous hosting which always let me “DOWN”. After i transfer to yeahhost my website nor email rarely down(in my memory just have 2 or 3 down times that cause by data center), they will solve the problem in the time they promise. i highly recommand to try yeahhost as they are the best and worth for what you pay.

    thanks to Malaysia Hosting Review site, i have sign up with Yeahhost when i see at the review from this site. the fact is i am really satisfy with their performance and support. their support team is great as they can solve my problem by provide me really usefull solutions in just 2 or 3 tickets compare to my previous host that alway “bring” me to some where else, end up they take up a week or more to solve my problem. Honestly, i highly recommend Yeahhost to everyone who look for reliable and yet affordable web hosting. ALL 5 STARS TO Yeahhost (Yeah!!!)

    Yeahhost Malaysia has yet to refund me after 3 weeks of service cancellation. I have written 3 emails and no response was made to the last 2.

    Its service was ok but the Windows server is not ready for Joomla setup. Linux server is at North America and not suitable for fast connection.

    By the way, the tech support asked me to check with Joomla support after several failures to setup. I do not take this as great service.

    I have just received reply from Yeahhost Malaysia saying the refund will be made after 6 months. It is a policy to protect the company.

    I would rate this as an dishonest business conduct as it is not spelled out in the agreement. Is this just local or Yeahhost as a whole, I wonder…

    zhone, joomla is just one of million scripts you can get from Internet, it is not web host thingy.
    I never bother any1 to install joomla for me, I can do it myself, read the documentation will give u a life.
    My customer refused to pay me and I got my money back from yeahhost in 3 days, agreement isnt that important to me. lol any web host tell u what and when they will refund u in agreement???? u real?

    You could be right bout Joomla being one out of multiple choices, but they should have informed me of their tech unreadiness. I check again and again before the commitment.
    My friend, being their business partner just like your case does enjoy the same benefit but the same may not apply to other first time customers like me.

    Rolf you mentioned in your previous post their tech support asked you to check with joomla support because you’re having problem with joomla. Then, you blame them they didn’t inform you the unreadiness, you’re so funny.
    I have several accounts with yeahhost, I’m super happy with them.

    Signed up another server with Yeahhost today. They’re always our best choice. I love their packages, staffs, services, DISCOUNT and everything everything, this is magic! kekeke!
    My boss is so happy with them!!!!! I think he is the biggest Yeahhost fan in this company. I provided him a long list of over 10 hosting companies this time, he chosen Yeahhost without even need to think twice.

    I do agree that they can shut down the website and email with total supply with out thinking that we are running business and we pay for the service and I am customer . I face this problem as they shutdown my server less than 12 hours for un investigate reason I am with them also three years and I really regret hosting with them . I am quite mad and angry right now because my business unable to run due to email lost where as i unable to access my email.. They are unprofessional and they are people that give a lots of reasons.

    Vincent, last month my account was suspended by yeahhost due to spam. I admitted the mistake and stop spam. They turned on my mail in less than an hour after my promises.
    If you did something similar, stop complaining, fix your problems and then talk to them, I’m sure they will turn on your account.
    They’re all very friendly, if you can’t communicate with them, nothing else.
    Hope this tips can help you.

    Is Hatrick who left a comment blasting the other reviewer an employee from YeahHost? If it is then it will just make people stay away from YeahHost.

    For some others. Not all your customer know what they are doing, some are not IT – savvy. It your job to find a way to understand your customer. not the other way round.

    I can see a pissed off monkey in his show to make Yeahhost look bad. We have few hosting with Yeahhost, and know most of them, they’re friendly and very helpful.
    It is nothing wrong to 0 in IT, the major problem is empty vessel make the most noise.
    Bus company normally don’t allow smokers smoke in their air-cond bus. How do you feel if a smoker complaint this in a bus you’re in??
